For studying in Egypt must pay a first-time enrollment fee of $1,500 to be paid only once, in addition to the following annual tuition fees:

Pharmacy, engineering, computers and physiotherapy $5,000 annually.

Veterinary medicine, agriculture, science and nursing 4000 dollars annually.

For colleges and other institutes 3000 dollars annually.
Discount for some specific Arab nationalities only on all Egyptian public universities.
First: The Sudan scholarship is a 90% discount for all universities and specializations
Second: Syria 50% discount provided that the secondary certificate (baccalaureate) is issued by Syria
Third: Palestine 50% discount provided that the secondary certificate (Tawjihi) is issued by Palestine
Universities that offer discounts from university fees for other nationalities
There is a possibility to secure a discount throughout the academic years ranging from 15% to 35% of the prescribed fees in a number of public universities specified as follows.
Universities that offer a discount (15%): – Reducing expenses at Mansoura University in all disciplines except for the faculties of medicine and dentistry
Universities that offer a discount (20%): – Tanta University – Benha University – Suez Canal University – Menoufia University
Universities that offer a discount (25%): – Minia University – South Valley University – Aswan University
Universities that offer a discount (30%): Zagazig University – Beni Suef

It is noted that the cost of living in these governorates is relatively low, as it is not in the capital, which results in lower housing costs and personal expenses for the student
Note Cairo University, Ain Shams University and Alexandria University, they do not have a discount except for the nationalities mentioned above

Medical specialties require a biological scientific path.
Cost of living in Egypt
On average, the student needs 400 dollars per month, including housing and living costs, while university housing and private housing (ranging from 900 to 1700 pounds per room).
